Notification No. G.O.Rt.No. 143 of the Andhra Pradesh Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1987 for the year 2023-24, all the eligible factories and commercial establishments in the state have to pay their mandatory annual contribution within the statutory deadlines, under the new Labour Codes framework.The employer is required to contribute a sum of Rs.100.00 per annum per worker out of which Rs.30.00 is deducted from the employee and Rs.70.00 is contributed by the employer. The statutory deduction window closes on December 31st, and corporate entities, HR professionals, and payroll managers are expected to ensure final electronic filing and remittance via Form F by January 31st of the next calendar year to avoid automated non-compliance penalties under algorithmic auditing systems.
