The Haryana Labour Welfare Board has revised Labour Welfare Contribution (LWF) rates vide Notification No. HLWB/REV/2026/3436 dated 08.05.2026 under the Haryana Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965, with effect from 01.01.2026. The board has revised maximum employee contribution from Rs.34/- to Rs.35/-per month while retaining the contribution rate at 0.2% of salary / wages / remuneration. Consequently, the maximum employer contribution has also been revised which is payable at twice of the employee's contribution from Rs.68/- to Rs.70/-. Accordingly, maximum total monthly maximum contribution (employee and employer) has been revised from Rs.102/- to Rs.105.

Applicability:It is applicable to any commercial establishment and shops employing more than 10 or more employees fall under this. Its enforcement is overseen by the Labour Commissioner.
Exemption:Part timers or apprentices and Managerial staff.

Interest:12% to 20% on every late payment
