If you are running a factory or commercial establishment having 20 or more people you are required to make an annual welfare fund contribution under the Telangana Labour Welfare Fund Act.
The state has one contribution cycle per year of ₹7.00 per non-managerial worker.This is broken down into a flat ₹2.00 deduction from the employee's salary and a ₹5.00 contribution paid directly by the employer.

Your final numbers are calculated based on your workforce count on the December 31st cutoff each year. To keep things compliant and avoid state board penalties, you have until January 31st of the following year to submit your electronic Form F returns and clear the final payment.
